Not only was this person the reason I started working at this company, and one of the reasons I've remained there, he opened the floodgates and three other members of the team then announced they were leaving.
And so our once happy band of men and women, is now a depleated and sorry excuse for a sales team, and it became very clear to me that, that one man had held us together, and we'd been a happy family. It almost felt like we'd suffered a breavement, in a strange way!

I'm now very unhappy at work, and coming into a company that I once used to bounce out of bed for, now makes me depressed and feeling like my career is going nowhere.

So I started thinking, is anyone out there truly happy in their job, and would it stay that way if the people you spend most of your day with suddenly weren't there?

Are we all just chasing a dream that doesn't exist for the all round perfect job?

To company managers. Who has the perfect job available, and what do you have to do to achieve complete contentment?

Post your replies and any fantastic jobs going!!
